A program that allows you to obtain the same quality printer support available under the Service Enhancement Program (SEP) . This program offers the same service options and covers the product for the same 36 months from date of original purchase. The difference is that the MCP can be purchased from the 91st day of ownership through the 36th month. Depending upon the products original warranty, either a 12-month or 24-month program can be acquired.
