If you don't know how to use it or can't find how that one-click feature really works, software doesn't do much good. You can contact us through the technical-support pages of our site that provide links for the latest software versions, compatibility tables, and for contacting someone who can offer a hand. To read the manual is one of the best methods to get help fast. We know this isn't always the easiest way to play with new software, but often times, manuals contain all the information you need and many have quick-start sections with tutorials and sample files. Of course, fill out the Tech Support Request Form and we'll get you any additional help you may need, if you run into problems. The most frequent calls are installation related that we receive at technical support. With so many titles produced from so many different manufacturers, it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what goes where.
